DATA ACCESS Real Time Access · Interactive File Transfer · Email Notifications EDI Real Time Access CTS provides access to real-time data through our website. The data shown is processed directly from our AS/400 data files so the information shown is always current. Interactive File Transfer Using pages on our website customers can select data to be transferred directly from our AS/400 to their computer. This allows our customers to take data and either reformat the output to their specifications or upload the information into their systems. Email Notifications Many of our reports and documents from U.S. Customs are emailed directly from our system to the customer. This email acts an alert when entries are changed or released. EDI Our internal system is designed to accept EDI records from the trading partners of our customers. The types of entries we can process are: Purchase Order (850); Advanced Shipping Notice (856); Invoice (810); Barcoding (UCC128).
